Went to a chinese physiologist(?) cos my knees were still hurting and they're hurting quite badly
He put the sucking cup and sucked,then took it out and poked some holes into my knees then sucked again.
This time blood was flowing out until like 1/5 the cup was filled with blood before he took it out and started rubbing it
So,we'll see tmr if it still hurts.
